It was a cool evening at Warhorse Stadium in Devine Texas on October 30th 2020. The air was filled with a sense of confidence not only from the players but the stands as well. The Devine High School football team came out of the Warhorse helmet on the north endzone with their US Flags. Not only was it a moving display but then stood with them on the 20 yard line holding them as the National Anthem played.
Even though the later it went into the night the colder it became, the Warhorses dominated the Pearsall Mavericks 41-0. We appreciate everyone for the support and cooperation to be on the field along with the a couple mother's that requested us to attend.
