Media Day is an optional add-on photography experience available to schools that utilize Vail’s Photography for their Team & Individual pictures.

This experience goes beyond traditional photos and is designed to create high-impact, dynamic imagery for marketing, social media, posters, banners, and special promotions. Media Day allows teams to showcase personality, intensity, and school pride through a more creative and customized setup. Media Day is an amazing bonding time to hype up the whole team for the season & the bonding experience is like no other.

Ways To Pay For The Media Day Investment…

The cost of Media Day sessions can be:

  • Covered by the school
  • Paid by athletics department
  • Paid by athletic boosters
  • Split among participating athletes
  • Paid by a business donation

This flexibility allows each program to choose the option that best fits their needs and budget.

Standard Sports Team & Individual Media Day

FREE TO SCHOOL OR ORGANIZATION

Prints and banner images showcasing individuals and teams will be available for players and parents to purchase, along with packaged sales through the online galleries provided.

Athlete Spotlight Headshots

$75
• Headshot Images for Players/Coaches
• All headshots will be taken against a white background.
• 50+ players=additional fee of $75 capped at a max of 100.
• This must be finalized on media day.

Vibrant Fog & Blackout Pro Spotlight Sessions

$399
• 2 poses and high-res digitals provided to each player against a black backdrop w/lights & smoke.
• Up to 15 players
• Additional players beyond will be a charge of $25 per player.

E.L.I.T.E. Team Media Day

(Extreme Lighting Intensive Team Experience)

• 4 digital images per player
• Up to 15 players; beyond this $25/player
• Dramatic lighting & smoke sessions on court/field with dynamic background
• Minimum of 4 digital images per player

Game Day Social Media Graphics

Design Release of matching game day graphics for social media hype posts for the school/organization to post with our images (district games). Posts will highlight Seniors or athletes of coach's choice.

•E.L.I.T.E. Sessions (Extreme Lighting Intensive Team Experience)

E.L.I.T.E. Sessions are our most cinematic option. Using advanced, high-impact lighting techniques, we create polished, larger-than-life images that showcase strength, confidence, and intensity. These portraits are ideal for competitive programs looking to stand out and present a professional, next-level images on the court or field. 

 

•Headshot Add-On

Headshot add-ons provide athletes with updated, clean, and polished headshots perfect for scouting profiles, recruiting platforms (such as MaxPreps), and future athletic use. This ensures your athletes have consistent, professional imagery across all platforms & can also be utilized for sports programs.

 

•Social Media & Game Day Graphics

We can also take the pressure off your staff by creating custom game day and promotional graphics using your Team & Individual portraits. From season announcements to weekly game posts, we handle the graphic design so your program maintains a consistent, professional look online. Show your competition what’s up.
