Vail's Photography provides high quality team, youth league and athlete portraits to be used in banners or as individual prints. Our streamlined process allows for picture day to run smoothly so there is no stress for parents or athletes.

How This Works

Our Team & Individual photo sessions are provided at no charge to your organization. All athletes, coaches, and managers will have their team, individual, and banner photos taken, and are free to leave once they’ve been photographed (unless they are participating in an optional Media Day add-on).

All revenue from picture day comes solely from parent orders placed through the athlete galleries. There is no cost to the organization.

Coaches do not have to handle order forms or money. Parents will place their orders online and can choose either the free batch shipment delivered to the league/school or direct shipping to their home.

Proofing & Ordering

All galleries are secure, individual galleries—this ensures privacy and prevents other parents from viewing photos of athletes who are not theirs.

If an athlete is absent on photo day, no worries — they may come to our studio for a makeup photo, and we will still include them in the official team photo.

Families will be able to view and order packages through our online ordering system. Galleries are typically ready within two weeks after photo day, as long as no makeup sessions are required. If makeup days are added, galleries will be released two weeks after the final photo date.

Additional Info

As our gift to your program, team images can be delivered to your yearbook advisor at no charge as a donation from Vail’s Photography.
