Our goal is to not only provide you and your family with amazing family portraits, but to provide an amazing fun & bonding experience for you and your family during the session. We love seeing those special moments of fathers looking at their daughters with the glow in their eye & mothers loving on their boys like there is no tomorrow. Family sessions are about so much more than just taking photos — they’re about preserving the seasons of life you’re living right now.

To this day, one of my favorite things is walking down my mom’s hallway and seeing our family photos on the walls. My siblings and I still stop and laugh at the 90’s haircuts, the outfits we thought were a good idea, or the time my mom attempted an at-home box perm on me. Those were our days. Those are our memories. And they’re still cherished — every single one of them.

There’s something powerful about children seeing their family together in their home. Psychologically, it reinforces belonging, security, and identity. It tells them, this is my place, these are my people. Those images become part of their everyday world — quiet reminders that they are loved and connected.

That’s why I believe so deeply in family sessions and in printing your portraits. Not to be tucked away on a phone, but to be lived with, laughed over, and passed down. Years from now, you’ll walk by those same photos and feel it all over again.

How it Works

Your Session:
We capture authentic, connected moments of your family.
Gallery Reveal:
Once images are retouched, you’ll be invited in to view your gallery and select your favorites.
Design & Guidance:
Leslie personally walks you through product options and can even show you exactly how your portraits will look on your own walls before you order.
Final Selections:
Choose from custom wall art, prints, canvas, metal, and other keepsakes. Digital print releases are not included but may be purchased.
Sharing:
Any images purchased for print include a small logo digital file as a gift from the Vails. We know you’ll want these images for your phone screensavers and to proudly show off on social media.
